International consulting engineers, owner’s engineers and EPC contractors bidding or executing in Tunisia need named local experts with verifiable CVs — for the technical proposal, for the prequalification file, and for the work itself. AIUS supplies them.
We are not a recruitment agency. Our experts work under AIUS contract and AIUS supervision, on our references, with our professional liability behind them. You get an engineer who has already been through a lender’s due diligence process in this country, not a CV from a database.

How the engagement works
- CVs before commitment. We send candidate CVs in your template, formatted for the client’s proposal, before anything is signed.
- You keep the client relationship. AIUS works behind you, under your brand where the contract requires it.
- Mobilisation, not just names. Local contracting, site logistics, transport and accommodation are handled here.
- Continuity. The same expert stays across bid, execution and commissioning rather than being rotated out.
Why Tunisian experts through AIUS
Tunisian engineers work in French, English and Arabic, are trained to European standards, and cost substantially less to mobilise than expatriate staff flown in for each site visit. For a lender’s technical advisor running quarterly site inspections, or an EPC contractor needing a resident engineer for eighteen months, the difference is material.
AIUS has selected and qualified local experts for exactly this purpose on internationally financed projects, and coordinated their site visits, reporting and liaison with STEG, the Ministry and project developers.
Also available across the region
The same service is available for Algeria, Libya and francophone West Africa, where AIUS has carried tender and coordination work for foreign contractors.
