What we do

AIUS works across four service lines. Each one answers to a different party: a bank lending against a project, a sponsor or fund committing equity, a landowner developing a plant, or an international contractor delivering works in Tunisia.

Independent Engineer

For banks and lenders. Independent review of the production forecast and the EPC contract before disbursement, milestone certification of works during construction, and a completion opinion releasing the final tranche.

Technical Due Diligence and Owner's Engineering

For sponsors, developers and funds. What a project actually is before the money is committed, then representation of your technical interest against the EPC contractor through to final acceptance.

Solar PV Development

For landowners and investors. Full development under the authorisation regime, from site selection and the MIME submission file through financing, EPC tendering and STEG acceptance.

Local Partner in Tunisia

For international EPC contractors and developers. Local content and cost build-up at tender stage, then the Tunisian entity, customs files, permits, site supervision and the STEG interface during execution.

Technical due diligence support on 370 MWp and construction monitoring on 120 MWp of utility-scale solar PV in Tunisia, for projects financed by the EBRD, Proparco, the European Investment Bank and the World Bank. Certificates of good execution available on request.
